HubSpot and Salesforce sync every 15 minutes. During the 15-minute interval, both systems will check to see if new data has been added for an object that needs to be updated to match. There are also a few events that will trigger an automatic sync outside of the 15 min interval.

Contacts Not Syncing
As a general rule, contacts will not sync to Salesforce if they:
If a HubSpot contact meets the sync criteria, check the Salesforce Sync card in their contact record for errors.
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Contacts > Contacts.
- Click the name of the contact.
- The Salesforce Sync card will display any error(s) preventing the contact from syncing to Salesforce. Click View error detail for more information on what the error is and how to resolve it.
If contacts are not syncing from HubSpot to Salesforce, take a look at the following:
- If you’re logged in as the Integration user, are you able to see the records that aren’t syncing in Salesforce? If not, update permissions for the Integration user.
- Take a look at the role hierarchy for the organization. Is the Integration user in the correct spot to see all of the data necessary?
- Are your sharing rules set to “Public” for the objects HubSpot should see? If not, does your integration have the “Modify All Data” permission?
- Does the integration user have the Hubspot Integration Permission set assigned?
